Installing unverified cracked apps
iPhone browser: please see SSH without wifi (All tutorials and pages)
So you have a bunch of cracked apps waiting to be installed. There are a couple of ways to Install all this.
1) Install Installous (from the cydia.hackulo.us repo) through Cydia or Cyder.
Use iPhone broswer to move your cracked ipa app file into the installous folder. (/Private/var/mobile/Library/Downloads)
Go into Installous on your iPod/iPhone. You should see a list with your cracked app in it. Select it and press install.
2) Fix your Mobile Installation file by donwloading MiPatch from Cydia or Cyder (cydia.hackulo.us repo)
3) Fix your Mobile Installation file manually (not recommend). First download the patched file. Just google it. (Again, sorry, I can’t post a direct link to a download. *MAKE SURE THE VERSION OF MOBILEINSTALLATION IS THE SAME AS YOUR FIRMWARE)
Go into iPhone browser and replace the downloaded file with the mobileinstallation file here:(/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileInstallation.framework)
After fixing the MobileInstallation file, download any ipa file (from appulo.us) and stick it in itunes and use it to sync.
*MAKE SURE YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE AUTHENTIC APP DOWNLOADED FROM iTUNES (can be free).

There is an easy way how to install cracked IPAs to your device. All you need to do is download Diskaid here http://www.softpedia.com/get/IPOD-TOOLS/Other-IPOD-tools-Updates/DiskAid.shtml. Also, you need to install mipatch firmware that can be found in cydia just add this source cydia.hackulo abd then download any cracked IPAs here appulo.us. Sync it into your device using iTunes..For any questions, just shoot me a message here xllx_jhake_xllx@yahoo.com.
Just a note: what’s the point of Diskaid, except as an alternative to iPhone browser??

Welcome to Pimp-My-i, just another iPhone blog. Please read this before you start.
Okay, I have a 2nd gen 8G iPod, not an iPhone, and I do not have wifi (unfortunately). I just thought I might make this blog for those who also don’t have wifi and all those other neat iDevice add-ons. I have the latest firmware (4.0 full) so don’t worry about tutorials that screw up your iDevice. I also have a Windows XP (not a mac, sorry) 2008 and so the related software I use will only be compatible with Windows. (I’ll try and put up an alternate mac tutorial). Well, thnx guys for visiting…

Hey can someone help me!!!! i dont have access to wifi sadly.. and i want to get installous in my ipod. My ipod is already jailbroken and all and i have cydia but i cant use it…HELP!!!

I downloaded cracked apps from http://www.appulo.us and when i put them into that directory you mentioned, i go to my ipod and open installous but nothing’s there, it’s just a blank white screen. I tried respringing and restarting my ipod but it doesn’t work. btw. i have an ipod touch 2G, not an iphone.
Well, I dunno then. I never used this method, and patching mobile installation IS easier… and besides, I did alot of research before writing this, so I don’t know the problem. Oh, and whenever you download something on your ipod, it DOES save to that folder I mentioned, and the apps DO appear. I managed to get wifi one day, and I downloaded through the iPod appulous…
Oh i’m sorry, you guys dont need to download diskaid to install cracked ipas. You can use diskaid for putting themes easily, playstation roms etc..
How do you install those apps that are first in zip file when you download them? When you extract the zip file, inside there’s Payload and iTunes artwork ??
Wow, now that’s a corrupt IPA file. Normally, when you download a cracked game, it has a .ipa format which looks like this in an extraction archive:
Appname
|_Payload
|_+Appname.app
|__+App stuff
|_iTunes artwork
If you managed to get a zip file, it’s useless unless you know how to do app to ipa conversion. I think I will post a tutorial later. I recommend using appulo.us to download ipas.

i dont have library in mobile directory..
i have jailbroken my ipod touch 2g 3.1.3 using spirit….please help
