So here’s my offical list of cool apps/themes AND repos that I recommend:

====CYDIA APPS====

Mobile Substrate: A powerful code insertion program required by most cydia apps to work (e.g. winterboard, sbsettings) First thing you should download (Note: this does not have a  GUI] >>Update: most apps automatically install it if you dont have it already

SpotBright: Increase your spotlight search capabilities so you can search hidden apps etc.

iFile: Best internal file management app ever >>UPDATE: (get crack from repo below)

QuickLock: 1-touch iDevice sleep button. MUCH faster than pressing the power button.

Stack: Works just like mac stacks >>UPDATE: It’s too inflexible and glitchy in my opinion =.=

Categories: De-clutters your springboard and organizes apps into neat folders

sbCategories: a paid commercial cydia app, (get a crack from repo below ) that integrates categories folders to run within springboard, allowing almost instantaneous loading speed.

Installous: [REQUIRES WIFI] Downloads cracker apps and installs cracked .ipa files for you

AppSync[firmware version]: alternative to installous – patches your _installd file so you can sync cracker apps right through iTunes

SbSettings: allows quick toggling and various cool stuff from your springboard.

InfiniDock: allows horizontal scrolling for your dock (get crack from repo below)

All the various emulators from zoddtd (whatever his name is =.=)

MemoryInfo: Best memory cleaning app ever (cleans up to 65mb for me)
